A pastor should be a servant most of all. There should be no job too small for him. He should be ready to be a scrubber, a vacuum cleaner user, a plumber, a snow shoveler, a bathroom cleaner, a mopper, a window replacement man, a pump replacement man, etc… And he should do all of those things willingly and cheerfully.
