A pastor should be a servant most of all. There should be no job too small for him. He should be ready to be a scrubber,a vacuum cleaner user,a plumber,a snow shoveler,a bathroom cleaner,a mopper,a window replacement man,a pump replacement man,etc…And he should do all of those things willingly and cheerfully.
